Would you like more Health Walks in Smarden?
The health walk on a Monday morning has now been running for nearly six months. We have walked in rain, wind and more recently glorious sunshine. Whatever the weather though, everyone that has come along has really enjoyed the experience. There’s nothing quite like starting your week getting a bit of exercise and having a chat with your fellow walkers.
Due to the success of the Monday morning walk we wondered if anyone would be interested in us setting up a health walk one afternoon. For those of you with children at the school we could arrange for the walk to start early afternoon so you’re still able to pick up them up at the end of the school day. Walking is not only a great way to keep healthy and meet new people, but it can also help you to feel good, sleep better, give you more energy, reduce stress, and manage you weight.
