Market Report
We had some great new stalls at the May market and they will be coming back again in June, when we have a specially extended market on Saturday,19 June up to 3pm, to coincide with the Smarden Open Gardens Weekend.
In addition to many old favourites, we now have a brilliant new fruit and vegetable stall selling an extensive range of locally grown produce, as well as vegetable plants for your garden. Waltons, a local firm, are now selling locally baked the breads and pastries and there is a delicious cake stall too. A new stall sells sweet and savoury nuts while Passionate Foods offers a wide variety of chutneys and desserts. There are several stalls selling pottery, jewellery, cards and gifts. We have something for everyone, but now we need you to come and buy! Please support your local producers at our next market and tell all your friends and neighbours.
